What counts as an RFQ?
An RFQ is counted when you create a new request for quotes. Sending the same RFQ to multiple suppliers counts as one RFQ. Follow-up messages and quote responses don't count toward your limit.
What happens if I exceed my RFQ limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional RFQs as needed. We won't cut off access mid-cycle.
What are customizable AI workflows?
Enterprise customers can tailor how the AI processes RFQs, extracts data, and generates communications to match your organization's specific terminology, approval processes, and compliance requirements.
What does 'Bring your own LLM' mean?
Enterprise customers can connect their own AI provider (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or self-hosted models). This gives you full control over your AI costs, data residency, and model selection.
What are the flexible hosting options?
